Studded foundation foil with parallel dimple pattern heatbonded with geotextile. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and extremely resistant to compression. Foil ensures proper ventilation in the area where installed while the geotextile layer filters the incoming water to allow for continuous drainage. In addition, foil also forms a layer of thermal and acoustic insulation. Product is resistant to acids, alkali, solvents, bacteria, funghi as well as damage caused by roots.
Advantages:
Compression resistance
Drainage and ventilation
Resistance to moisture and chemicals
GEO 8 TEX foundation foil is designed for use as vertical insulation in foundation walls. Strongly recommended for application in historic sites where it ensures proper drainage and mechanical protection. Its unique structure forms two venting slots providing additional ventilation of the insulated surface. Foil proves an excellent solution for establishing perimeter drainage in areas with high levels of ground water. It can also be used for insulation of retaining walls where it protects against water, root damage as well as corrosion caused by sulfates and chlorides. Suitable for horizontal application while establishing green roofs to ensure proper drainage and ventilation.
